- Estimated Preparation Time:
- Since most of our customer’s prefer customisation, we don’t stock items, preparation only according to orders.
The estimate dispatch time for each category is as follow:
- Harams / Bridal sets – 10 to 12 working days
- Necklaces/ choker – 8 to 10 working days
- Jhumkas and earrings– 5 to 7 working days
- Silk thread Bangles and Hair clips – 4 to 6 working days
- Preparation time will change depending upon no.of items you ordered and weather conditions (during monsoon season 2-4 additional days may take for dispatch, will inform you in that case)
- For customised jewellery-Will send You final Pictures of Products before dispatching.
- Please place your order at least 20 working days before function.
- Courier Partners:
- Domestic- We use Professional courier, Speed post, Delhivery and DTDC to ensure a speedy and safe product delivery.
- International- we use SPEED POST or DHL courier service.
- Delivery Charges:
- Shipping charges within India:100 rs
- International shipping: Shipping Costs completely depends on weight and volumetric measurements whichever is higher for both .
- Speed post – 500gm – approximately 2000rs +
- DHL – 500gm approximately – 3500rs +
(500gm – 2 to 3 sets maximum- depending upon design)
- Estimated time for delivery is 4-9 working days once order is shipped. If it’s taking it beyond that please contact us.
- Our delivery partners will make best effort to deliver the order with up to 3 attempts. However, if you ask for future delivery/postpone or not picking up phone / error in phone number we can’t promise to get it delivered. There is a chance the order might get returned in that case.
- Again, retainment of the parcel at the courier office after multiple unsuccessful deliveries depends on the location and the courier service and cannot be guaranteed. It will nevertheless be shipped back to us, so we can reship to your address but the return and the reshipping costs are to be borne at your end and a refund cannot be given in such cases.
- The customer is requested to provide an address where someone would be available to collect the parcel during courier service normal working hours to avoid delivery failures. On account of failure, they may reach out to us for the address of the courier office to collect the same as well if the courier office has retained the parcel.
Express Shipping
- You can opt for express shipping if it’s urgent. Urgent orders are taking only through WhatsApp. We will need 3 working days for processing the express order. Express shipping is not possible on weekends and on national holidays.
- Delivery time: –We use professional courier for express shipping. Estimated days are 1-2 days if it’s a metro city, 2-3 days if it’s non metro.
