Return , Refund & CANCELLATION Policy

Please read this policy carefully. This is the Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy of Dakshika.

RETURN POLICY

  • Kindly Take aa opening Video of the Package/Products. We take Replacement only If the Product Is Damaged. Reach/Send Us Video to 8289919578. Video must be clear, not edited and must be from start (package opening). Without Valid Proof, we don’t allow Replacement.
  • If product is physically damaged or wrong product is sent, we do replacement. Customer has to contact within 36 hours of delivery.
  •  the damaged product is return shipped by you intact to an address requested by us. A replacement will ONLY be provided.
  • WhatsApp- 8289919578 us for return/exchange. Contact Us for details and return address.
  • We reverse pick up the damaged or wrong product. Customer has to ensure product is safely packed with original packaging. If it’s not taken care we don’t accept the product.
  • If reverse pick up is unavailable with particular address, customer has to use courier which is available in their area and ship it. In such cases Dakshika will refund shipping charges, customer need to share shipping bill.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • The placed order can be cancelled within 24hrs. after that time period we will not entertain any complaints. Refund processing will take 7 working days
  • We don’t have Refund / Exchange option – if the product is damaged during transit, we will replace item. (please read return policy).
  • If any one or more of the ordered items can’t be processed for some reason by us, buyer can either opt for cancelling those particular items or ordering the new items for the same or more value. If buyer opt for cancellation, we will refund the product amount.
  • If product is not damaged, exchange is NOT available.
  • Our courier partner does max 3 attempts to deliver the product. We will not be able to refund the undelivered prepaid orders. In this case we will notify the buyer for the payment of shipping charges to reship the order again.

Product is not considered as damaged in below scenarios

  • These are handmade jewelleries, if there is any small irregulates to the original pictures shown as said handmade, there might be small human errors which shall not be eligible for return or exchange.
  • We take all photos in house in day light with premium lenses. Having said that there might be slight changes in colour as it depends on monitor or phone screen resolution and colour settings. We don’t take return if you feel there is colour differences.
  • If earrings stem is bent. which can be easily stringed up without any tools.
  • If stones are fallen because of transit. This can be fixed with glue(flexi quick). Additional stones will be attached with parcel.
  • If rings are detached and beads are fallen it can be fixed easily.
  • If connecting rings are opened during transit, which can be fixed.

We will NOT accept return/exchange for below reasons

  • If the jewellery’s physical look & feel doesn’t suit your liking.
  • If the jewel is too heavy to wear or looks big.
  • If the size of the jewel is not what you expected.
  • Under rare circumstances, the jewellery beads or stones may have fallen during transit. Such things which can be easily fixed with glue and will not be exchanged or refunded.
  • Bangles size chart is always available on every bangle product page. Please measure your size before you make a purchase if you are unsure of the size. We do not provide exchanges/refunds for wrong size orders placed.
  • We unfortunately do not have an exchange policy for international customers but we ship across countries and are extremely responsible with packaging and has feedbacks on our social media to vouch for the same. We do try to cater for alternative solutions to rectify the problem if any as well and will differ time to time based on the situations.

Please be assured that we take full care in packing parcels for both domestic and international purchases no matter the value of the parcel. The jewellery is triple checked for damage and packed with sufficient bubble wraps in cardboard boxes/plastic boxes. Our feedbacks and customer diaries vouch for the same. We also upload different angle pictures for you to be able to identify the length and width of the jewellery and also have active Instagram Reels with videos of different jewellery updated.
